Originally from the West Coast, Joe Laponis found is passion for production and story telling from a young age. His working career had developed into a incredible mixture of Director Of Photography, Gaffing, and Camera Operating for large scale campaigns and brands. Joe has cultivated a deep rooted community in the South East, and has traveled to 3 different countries to help film educational documentaries, including a most recent trip to Africa where he spent 30 days experiencing the culture and capturing beautiful stories.

Joe has a long list of incredible clients, from Doritos, to Netflix Joe has partnered with production companies and agencies to execute at many levels. As a working DP, Joe loves the science and skill of crafting a beautiful image with light and movement. His inquisitive nature allows him to bring his masterful art into each frame, and partner with directors that have a big imaigation.
